Aloha! I’m Nick Hunsinger, a midwest native currently calling Hawaii home.  I am an ’05 graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa with a BFA in Graphic Design.  I like to spend my time making things – everything from t-shirt art, print ads, and web graphics to furniture, woodworkings, LED dive lights and everything in between.  When I’m not making things I can usually be found near water – diving it, riding it, or laying next to it.

I am highly skilled in the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign in both the Windows and Mac environment.  I currently work at one of Hawaii’s best surf companies, Local Motion Inc., designing T-shirts, ads, catalogs, web graphics, etc.  I also run the Graphic Design Lab at the University of Hawaii and I am the webmaster for the Art Department.  In between these jobs I am freelance graphic designer – working with both local and mainland companies.  Lastly, I am a self taught machinist.  I am fluent in Mach 3 and CamBam for my CNC router.  I use my lathe to make custom prototypes, fittings, and diving equipment such as lights, reels and mounts.  In short, I really like to make things – all kinds of things.
